Nao Trinidad website terms and conditions for use. Please read them carefully before placing your order. SAHS INC.

Definitions

  • “NT” refers to Nao Trinidad, which is operated by SAHS Inc operations on behalf of the following: “NT” means Nao Trinidad.
  • “Product” shall mean a product displayed for sale on this website.
  • "Tour" mean the seasons of operation, the dates of which can be found on our page can be changed due weather conditions.
  • “We/us” means NT.
  • “Website” means the website located at www.naotrinidad.org or any subsequent URL which may replace it.
  • “You” means a user of this website.

1. General information

  1. All attractions and entertainments are subject to availability. Please ensure you have checked the announcementspage before your visit to confirm attraction availability and are aware of any closures.
  2. All proceeds from ticket and merchandise sales are used to support the charitable purposes of the member parties of NT, which include promoting and assisting in the display, understanding and enjoyment by the public the ships, museums, exhibits or attractions contained within.
  3. Additional Gift Aid revenue from the government is split between the charitable trusts that make up the NT site.
  4. Some decks have partial disabled access.
  5. We regret that with the exception of assistance and guide dogs, animals are not permitted on site.
  6. No professional photography/videography equipment is permitted onsite without prior arrangement with our media team.

2. Opening times 

  1. NT reserves the right to change opening times, prices, validity of ticket duration and availability of the tours without notice. 
  2. Site opening times are 10am - 6.30pm during 7 days a week excluding certain dates and as per restrictions below. Off-site attraction opening times differ.

3. Ticket terms and conditions

  1. A Ticket to NT gives one tour for anyday anytime until you use it or ship leaves the city.
  2. We operate a policy of refunds or exchanges for tickets bought at admissions or booked online.
  3. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information into the system.
  4. NT reserves the right to change prices at any time.
  5. Ticket is not valid for any special events taking place on board.
  6. Lost tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
  7. Original tickets only - photocopies etc. will not be accepted.
  8. Tickets must not be sold or resold. You may be asked for ID to match your ticket name, if you are unable to provide matching ID, NT reserves the right to refuse entry.
  9. Tickets must not be laminated.
  10. The management reserves the right to refuse entry, if for any reason they deem there is a risk to NT and the public or staff on site.
  11. Improper use of the ticket will result in confiscation and a request for payment for admission.
  12. Admission for children under 5 is free. Adults are from 11 years old and kids from 5 to 10.
  13. Tickets are sold online all day.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. 6. Product information

Schedules are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible.

7. Purchase of tickets

When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement of your intended order. At the time of purchase of the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. 

 

8. Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information into the system. All tickets holders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the crew. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not accept payment by cheque, cash or postal orders. Processing is reserved against your card at the time the order is placed, but will not be charged until the order is dispatched. If for some reason a purchase fails, due to problems with payment details, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email within one working day. 

9. Security

NMRN on behalf of NT is committed to the security of users' personal information and we have procedures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. We have measures in operation to safeguard our user database and access to this database is restricted internally. When you shop on our site, we collect certain personal information from you (for example your name, email address and billing address). All such information is held on secure servers.

10. Third party links

Certain (hypertext) links in this site may lead to websites that are not under the control of NT. When you activate any of these you will leave the NT website and NT shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever in respect of the privacy practices, the content of such site or otherwise.

11. Intellectual property

You agree that all copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the material and content of this website shall remain vested in us or our licensees. You acknowledge and confirm that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content into only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited.

  • Tickets will not be refunded unless it is due to actions beyond the organization's control (cancellation of the event or adverse weather)
  • If the tickets are closed, an e-mail will be sent to the same account where the tickets were purchased to inform you.
  • The commission money will not be refunded as it is considered as an external management
  • The refund will be made within 24/48 hours when the financial department has availability. If after this time you have not been informed of the return, please contact us via email.

  • You will have to send us the file number of your order and we will do all the management. Once it is done, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been completed.

JURISDICTION
